The Dovetail Sweater is a worsted weight colorwork sweater featuring Alegria Grande Bocados! Bocados, Spanish for little bites, are 25g/49yd worsted weight mini-skeins of Alegria Grande. Dovetail?s colorwork is written rather than charted, so it?s approachable for any level of colorwork knitter.

Brioche is an amazing style of knitting, using 2 strands, often in contrasting colors. But it can be tricky to learn! We're starting out with a simple cowl, or scarf if you want to add more skeins, and doing a straight, flat pattern. Circular needles required!

This is a 2-day workshop using video tutorials from Julie Weisenberger, explaining the method of top-down, seamless sweater construction. The classes are broken up into 2 2-hour sessions each day, with lunch provided. Homework is required, so check in with shop for what needs to be done!

Pleated Moebius Cowl - We'll learn Cat Bordhi's moebius cast on and using simple knits and purls, create a 2-color cowl that will mystify everyone!

We'll be doing a toe-up sock using Judy's Magic Cast on and the Magic Loop method. Socks can be knit one-at-a-time, or, for the more adventurous, two-at-a-time! The yarn is a worsted weight and the needle size will be US #7 or #8, a simple stockinet stitch and short-row heel. They'll go quickly and you'll be pleased with the results.
